Help interpret error!

I've havent had this issue before when trying to bulk create media but i am consistently getting an error with uploaded media at TACC and trying to create a media in Arctos
Error
When autoloading, this is the results
"could not get related_key documents accn"
I have tried different formats, eg MVZ:Mamm:10 or MVZ:Mamm 10 but same error. (this accession does exist https://arctos.database.museum/accn.cfm?action=edit&transaction_id=10000010 but is there something odd since they are all old accessions?)
I noticed that few others also triggered the error "could not get related_key" but with a different key like "shows cataloged_item" however those cat_items were missing so the error makes sense
