cmd crashes with JavaScript heap out of memory during long plan/explore workflow.

Summary

cmd crashes when I let it run for a while on a real project. It works at first, but after a bunch of planning/exploring, it eventually dies with a JavaScript heap out of memory error. This breaks the flow because the whole session is lost.

Expected Behavior

It should keep running normally on longer tasks, or at least fail gracefully without crashing the whole process.

Actual Behavior

After running for some time, cmd crashes with:

FATAL ERROR: Reached heap limit Allocation failed - JavaScript heap out of memory

and then exits with a core dump.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Open a real project in cmd

Ask it to do a long task in plan mode

Let it explore/read files for a while

Wait until memory usage grows

It crashes with heap out of memory

This happened while using deepseek-v4-pro and taste-1.
It seems more likely on longer sessions with lots of explore/plan steps.
