_load_projects does not take into account include_archived

The include_archived parameter is not put in input of _load_projects in the function find_project

I found an issue on the find_project function that does not spread the include_archived parameter to _load_projects.
I've proposed a solution to it.
What is your process to merge it ?

I need to export test cases from ETM projects. My code was working with multiple project but not for one. This one wasn't listed on all the available project. However by digging a bit deeper i realized that it shows up in archived projects.
I've seen that the include_archived was on the find_project parameters but not used inside.

AFAIK the only use in the UI for seeing archived projects is to unarchive them; you can't see the content of archived projects, and AFAICT that's the same through the APIs. I don't think there's an API to archive/unarchive projects, so there's really zero point in being able to find them.

I'll probably remove the 'include_archived' parameter wherever it occurs.

To export from your archived project you'll have to (manually) unarchive it first.

I didn't mention it, this particular project is non archived in ETM, people are using it every day.
In my ETM, admin interface, the project appears in "Active Project Areas" and does not appear in "Archived Project Areas".
I still don't understand why it appears on archived projects through the API...

Ah so it sounds like your real problem is that this project isn't being found when it should be - nothing to do with archiving.

When you go to manage this project area, under Configuration Management, what is the setting?

Did this project exist before upgrade to 7.x?

What version+ifix are you running (visible by clicking the ? icon at top RH corner->About this application)?

Are you sure your user is a project member for the invisible project?

To see available projects (to your userid) in a logged-in browser tab browse to https://SERVER:PORT/qm/process/project-areas - replace /qm with your ETM context root if different.

This shows you XML for all the project areas your user id has access to - this is what elmclient is using to find your project - it's the process API https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/DraftTeamProcessRestApi

Search the XML for a tag like <jp06:project-area jp06:name="qm_gc_p1"> where the name is the project you're looking for. The jp06 might be different for your deployment, not sure about that.

If the tag isn't there then this isn't an elmclient problem; elmclient can't find a project if it's not visible in the process API output.

If the tag is there what are the settings for: configuration-management-enabled and configuration-management-mode?

On my test server these look like:

We had the ETM version 7.1.0 SR1 iFix008.
I don't see any differences between the specific project that is not visible by elm-python-client and the other projects on this page.
