Saving an Edit of a weapon always adds "8% increased explicit physical mod magnitudes"

How is Path of Building expected to behave?

Editing an item isn't supposed to add any enchantment automatically.

How does Path of Building behave?

When you hit Edit on a weapon (one you just crafted in PoB or copy-pasted in from game), hit Edit, click Save, it always adds the enchant "8% increased explicit physical modifier magnitudes"

Rarity: Rare
Type: One Handed Sword
Base: Eternal Sword
Create

Edit...
Save
-> Enchant appears

Paste-in item from game

-> Enchant appears

I can't reproduce this. An item copied from in-game doesn't do this either.
