Loadouts are not loaded when importing

• I'm running the latest version of Path of Building and I've verified this by checking the changelog

Check for duplicates

• I've checked for duplicate open and closed issues by using the search function of the issue tracker

How is Path of Building expected to behave?

Whenever i load a pob, the loadouts are unavailable. Only the selected loadout on the pob is loaded

How does Path of Building behave?

I expected pob to load all available loadouts in the pob

How to reproduce the issue

With the latest patch, whenever i open a pob with multiple loadouts, only the immediate loadout gets loaded.

No loadouts are available, despite the fact that i can see loadouts in the pobb.in or poe.ninja setup and i have previously opened these pobs, so i know they have loadouts available.

I am on version 2.66.2 and it says there are no newer versions. I tried both opening the link from the respective websites and feeding the link to the import command.

I downloaded the potable 2.65.0 and everything is imported as usual. I also lost my loadouts in saved pobs
