Problem
I see there is Turso integrtion but it is for old and remote schema. It doesn't seems to support local files.
According Turso, you should be able to connect to local db file as well. It is sqlite compatible but yet have some differences in supported features.
Proposed solution
Allow file picker to allow loading db (sqlite/turso) database files
