Refresh stale examples and fix doc inconsistencies in the core repo: bump stale example lockfiles, correct opentracing/opencensus example READMEs, update moved docs links, drop the stale 'metrics SDK being implemented' comment (Linear OSS-29, D3-D8; core-repo parts only).

Title: Stale example dependency pins and outdated documentation links/comments

Several examples under docs/examples/ pin very old OpenTelemetry releases, and a few docs contain outdated links or comments.

1. Old pins in metrics examples — docs/examples/metrics/views/requirements.txt pins 1.12.0/0.33b0; metrics/reader pins the 1.15.0 line; metrics/prometheus-grafana pins opentelemetry-exporter-prometheus==1.12.0rc1 (a release candidate) plus an unused protobuf. Fix: bump to the current line (1.43 / 0.64b0) or use ~= specifiers; drop the unused protobuf pin.
2. Old pins + stale transitive pins in fork-process-model — flask-gunicorn/requirements.txt and flask-uwsgi/requirements.txt pin the 1.20.0/0.41b0 line and 2023-era transitive deps (protobuf==3.20.3, grpcio, six, thrift, googleapis-common-protos). Fix: bump and remove pinned transitives so they resolve fresh.
3. opentracing README/exporter mismatch — docs/examples/opentracing/README.rst says "Jaeger exporter" but main.py uses OTLPSpanExporter. Fix: reword to OTLP export to a Jaeger backend.
4. opencensus-exporter-tracer targets removed Collector components — the collector config uses the opencensus receiver, jaeger_grpc exporter, and queued_retry processor (all removed); OpenCensus is EOL. Fix: mark the example legacy (or remove) and point to the OTLP exporter.
5. Outdated opentelemetry.io links — README.md, docs/index.rst, and docs/examples/auto-instrumentation/README.rst link to /docs/instrumentation/python/ (now /docs/languages/python/); README is internally inconsistent. Fix: update all links.
6. Stale comment — docs/getting_started/metrics_example.py says "metrics SDK is being implemented" (stable since 1.12). Fix: delete.
