I checked the main CrossWire/SWORD Bible module list:

The Arabic Smith-Van Dyck module is available there as AraSVD:

Unfortunately, I cannot add it to this repository. The module’s license allows redistribution only in SWORD format and says that conversion to other formats is not permitted without express permission from the copyright holder.

Since this repository converts source texts into JSON, CSV, SQLite, SQL, Markdown, TXT, YAML, Parquet, and other formats, importing AraSVD here would go beyond the permission granted by that module.

So for now, Arabic Van Dyck cannot be included unless explicit permission is granted for conversion and redistribution in these formats.
