TimeCapsule module

Implement TimeCapsule module based on [this article](https://proandroiddev.com/a-robust-mvi-with-jetpack-compose-e08882d2c4ff)

Module should include:

- Displaying history of states on the current screen (devview is intended to be displayed OVER the application screens, not replace a screen)
- Enable reloading a given state into the screen
