Add production-shaped demo fixtures and screenshots

Summary

• Expand the support-control-plane demo into production-shaped agent/runtime config across nine collections
• Add drift scenarios for refund automation, policy, routing, evals, rollout, and a new tool
• Replace README screenshots with feature-dense UI captures and document the demo flow
