Most were coming from zizmor
- unpinned-uses (https://docs.zizmor.sh/audits/#unpinned-uses),
- excessive-permissions (https://docs.zizmor.sh/audits/#excessive-permissions),
- artipacked (https://docs.zizmor.sh/audits/#artipacked)).
The dependabot github-actions entry wasn't a zizmor suggestion, I added it separately to keep the pins updated.
