feat: use CopilotKit Intelligence

Summary

• Launch one managed open-tag Channel with Slack and Microsoft Teams adapters configured in Intelligence, while marking Discord, Telegram, and WhatsApp as coming soon.
• Define the two-service Railway topology: the Python deep agent and the Node CopilotRuntime process with Channels embedded.

Why

OpenTag should be a great example using the channels SDK. To get there, this updates to one Intelligence-owned runtime removes the legacy managed/direct split, and a two-service deployment matches the runtime's embedded Channels lifecycle.

How

• Pin @copilotkit/channels@0.2.2-canary.rc-1 and @copilotkit/runtime@1.63.3-canary.rc-1.
• Route Slack and Teams deliveries from the same Intelligence Channel through the Python deep agent with platform-scoped tools, sender context, commands, rich UI, and HITL.
• Enforce Linear and optional local Notion write approval inside the MCP execution path before any mutation reaches the provider.
• Wait for Channel readiness before HTTP traffic and shut down Channels, HTTP, and Chromium exactly once.
• Configure Railway agent and runtime services from CopilotKit/OpenTag on main, including private agent networking, health checks, Chromium runtime dependencies, and unfiltered branch autodeploys.
• Cover environment validation, lifecycle behavior, managed prompts, platform scoping, HITL, rendering, and Railway configuration with TypeScript and Python tests.
