This PR bumps Vite from 8.0.8 to 8.0.16 with only lockfile changes.
Few things worth tightening:
- Update the repository's Node floor to
>=22.12.0. The new Vite version transitively pulls in Rolldown 1.0.3, which requires Node>=22.12.0, soengine-strict=truewill breaknpm cifor anyone on Node 22.0–22.11 despite the current>=22.0.0declaration.

This PR bumps Vite to 8.0.16 and raises the minimum supported Node version to 22.22.0.
Few things worth tightening:
- Run
npm installto sync the updatedenginesfield intopackage-lock.json; otherwisenpm ciwill fail with an out-of-sync error.

🟠 P1 package-lock.json is out of sync with this change because Copilot only modified package.json. npm ci will fail with an out-of-sync error until you run npm install to update the root package metadata in the lockfile.
