There are two options, share times for YouTube descriptions and for importing frame times into LosslessCut.
For YouTube descriptions, you can set an optional offset and you get the text you can add to the description of videos to have chapters corresponding to splits.
The LosslessCut option is to add chapter markers to your local recording, so that they can be read by other players/editors/etc.
You can do that with the YouTube description already, but for frame perfect chapters, you can triple-click and copy the frame position from LLC and paste it into the offset field, download the CSV and import that into LLC using File > Import project > Frame numbers.
This will add segments for all splits and you then export them into chapter markers or individual clips or whatever you wanna do with it.
