fix(moonlight-psp): update screenshots to raw.githubusercontent.com for CORS compatibility

Follow-up to #51.

Updates apps/moonlight/moonlight-psp.json screenshot URLs to point directly to raw GitHub assets (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/k4idyn/Moonlight-PSP/main/docs/screenshots/...) to resolve CORS image loading in Sunshine Web UI.
