resilienceoption),latencyMs/cachedin search meta (surfaced through MCP), per-provider validated-result cache on the KeyValueCache port, plus all review fixes (cache-hit timeout leak, per-item cached validation, stable cache keys, parent-abort fast-fail, Request-signal support). Verified: 20/20 typecheck, 291/291 tests.
