….3.9) Two source-backed currency gaps against Codex rust-v0.144.6: - Hooks: the checker and creator omitted SessionEnd, one of the 11 events in HookEventsToml, so a valid SessionEnd hook was wrongly rejected. Add it to both the checker allowlist and the creator's event choices. - Skills: the artifact contract listed the .agents/skills, admin, and plugin roots but not $CODEX_HOME/skills (~/.codex/skills) -- OpenAI's own default discovery root in skill-creator and a real loader root. Document it. Bump the builder plugin to 0.3.9 and refresh release-evidence.
