Due to the fact that SciCat is currently on StandBy, we are mainly using metadata files ingested into the beamtime/meta folder, enhanced by general information about beamtime and PIs from the beamtime.json file. Thus, I've created an extra local_metadata branch to partially close #561, at least with respect to flash loader (still need to add merging of multiple runs metadata).
