fix(drivers/s3): custom user agent and method fixes

1. 支持自定义 User Agent
2. 为复制删除操作补上 context
3. 在Get方法里面增加检查，避免路径重复拼接，修复自定义根文件夹路径的多个Issues（AI辅助）
