Until now, the claim in the manuscript that non-SBML models can be used was unsupported. In this notebook, a model selection problem with linear regression models is solved using the statsmodels package for calibration. N.B. a semi-dummy PEtab problem is used (only the parameters table is relevant to PEtab Select).

Also added some documentation to guide users and developers to the docs they might find useful, and added d2d to the list of supported tools.
