Auto sort

I vibe-coded some sorting scripts that keep the structure of the yaml files kind of aligned but with sorting enabled.

pixi run sort should help in the future.

Rationale:

• Easier to backport and forward port between ROS distros as the location of the dependency will be fixed.
• Avoids merge conflicts because most contributors are inclined to append to the end of the list.
