docs: complete Superdav translations

Summary

• Complete generated documentation translations across configured locales.
• Update translation tooling for non-streaming Superdav/OpenAI-compatible responses, Markdown table handling, validation thresholds, and stable translated heading anchors.
• Fix translated link/anchor build issues, including Hostinger docs-home links and a few hallucinated relative links.

Verification

• node --check scripts/translate.js
• git diff --check
• node scripts/translate.js --locales all --model-map recommended --dry-run → 0 stale, 0 missing, 0 to translate
• node scripts/audit-translations.js --locales all → No translation issues found.
• Per-locale builds passed: en, es, eo, fa, fi, am

Notes

• Full all-locale build is intentionally not included here because it takes hours locally; representative per-locale builds were run one locale at a time to isolate and fix warnings.
