Bumps the support packages to the most recent versions.
The use of the Apple system logger has been the default for a while; as a result, there's no longer any need to use the NSlog shim, as long as Briefcase has updated filters to capture logs.
The use of the in-development version of Briefcase (beeware/briefcase#2877) also means that the new bootstrap is used, so
std-nslogisn't installed as a project dependency on iOS.The README has also been formatted into "no newlines" format.
