Adds a dedicated Dating page mirroring the Characters tab layout, backed by a new dating.json data file seeded into appdata (auto-synced from characters.json). Shows dating mods per character with labelled affection scenes. Adds get_dating command, get_dating_path, dating sidebar button, and dating route. Includes sortMods.ts helper used by the dating modal.
