Adds praetor under Workflow Orchestration (alphabetized), vendored per this list's layout.
What it is: a Claude Code plugin where Claude plans and the Codex CLI executes grunt work — dispatched only on explicit user request. Acceptance criteria are frozen in git before Codex runs, and a fresh-context judge whose FAIL cannot be overridden decides what merges. Zero configuration (~313 idle tokens); relay configs auto-respected.
Honesty notes: the README benchmark table contains only measured runs, including our failures (a 29-min stall killed by the hard-timeout law). Canonical repo: https://github.com/luoxianzi/praetor (MIT; plugin.json carries homepage/repository so the mirror always points home). Happy to adjust category or trim the vendored copy to fit your conventions.
