The module vanity URL is code.cloudfoundry.org/diego-db-helpers (GitHub: github.com/cloudfoundry/diego-db-helpers). Update all import paths accordingly. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Phase 2 work added diego-db-helpers imports without running gofmt. Sort imports to put diego-db-helpers entries in proper alphabetical position within the code.cloudfoundry.org import group. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Moves bbs to rely on diego-db-helpers instead of its own db-helpers package which will go away eventually as part of The Detangling
