Reconciles
masterwith the two pieces the src-only PR #33 left off:.planning/records — planning, research, patterns, validation, review, and per-plan SUMMARY docs for Waves 1–2, plus STATE/ROADMAP/REQUIREMENTS updates. PR Phase 4 (Waves 1–2): collection binding + validation engine #33 was intentionally src-only, so master's source-of-truth.planning/still showed Phase 4 as unshipped; this lands it.ConfigurationBindertweak — target-typed collection expression ([]) for the child-sequence accumulator instead ofnew List<string>(). Semantically identical.No production behavior change beyond the cosmetic tweak. Full suite 143/143 on net10; build clean on net8 + net10.
Phase 4 is not complete yet — Wave 3 (plan 04-04: VAL-01 DI path + API-02) and the phase verify/security gate remain.
