The badge for tests did not work due to a name change in the workflow. This PR fixes it.
On this occasion, we could clean up some of the unused badges:
coverage- Travis is inactive at the moment and the coverage does not represent the actual one.docs- Since we plan to switch to mkdocs in Migrate documentation tomkdocs-material#181 we could also drop this one.
