This PR adds the root configuration (BenchmarkConfiguration) and report (BenchmarkRunReport) schemas to the autogenerated schemas in the main schemas folder of this repository. The code update to do this is 4 lines in the first commit, and then the rest of this PR is from
make formatfollowing that change.
