Adding init-claude — a CLI/TUI that detects a project's stack and sets up Claude Code automatically: MCP servers, project skills (.claude/skills/), CLAUDE.md with usage hints, and git hooks. Idempotent by design; re-running only adds what's missing. Supports a global user-rules.md for personal preferences across all projects.\n\nPlaced at the end of the section per star-count ordering (new project). Description follows existing entry format.
