Documenta os dois canais (gem via RubyGems + skill de agente via npx skills add), espelhando o padrao dos SDKs Node/PHP. A skill vive em skills/nfeio-ruby-sdk e e lida da arvore do GitHub; nao vai no gem (gemspec empacota so lib/, sig/ e docs).

Adiciona ao README a seção Skill para agentes de IA, espelhando o padrão dos SDKs Node/PHP e do skills.sh.
gem install nfe-io) e skill de agente (npx skills add https://github.com/nfe/client-ruby --skill nfeio-ruby-sdk).skills/nfeio-ruby-sdk) é lida da árvore do GitHub e não é empacotada no gem (o gemspec usa allowlist:lib/,sig/e docs).Somente documentação — sem mudança de código.
