Overview
Bumps the current Node release pointers from v26.4.0 to v26.5.0 so latest, latest-v26.x, and node-latest.tar.gz resolve to the new tarball.

latestVersions.json updates those alias targets; fileSymlinks.json retargets root node-config-schema.json and llms.txt to the v26.5.0 docs paths. cachedDirectories.json adds v26.5.0/ under release (and docs) listings and refreshes index metadata, node-latest.tar.gz size/timestamps.
