- This change deletes the
quality-gateworkflow entirely, which also removes the PR-level guardrail that failed when non-test source files changed without accompanying test changes. If that guardrail is still desired, consider replacing it with an equivalent implementation that avoids third-party diff actions (eg, a bash step usinggit diff --name-only $BASE_SHA $HEAD_SHAsimilar toagent-boundary-check.yml) rather than removing it.
