Add a BIOS introduction page for Radxa Dragon Q8B covering: - Main BIOS interface and key shortcuts (F2 / Enter / ESC) - Radxa Platform Configuration (GPIO, PCIe, USB / Type-C, Debugging, Hypervisor, Boot Device Order, Device Tree Settings, Third-party OS Compatibility, Custom Logo, Blue User LED, Auto Boot Time-out) - Device Manager, Boot Manager, Boot Maintenance Manager Based on the internal Dragon Q8B BIOS feature reference. Synchronized zh (docs/) and en (i18n/en/...) translations.
