This PR introduces changes so that if a non well-known docs-type url is fed in (ie
docs.aaa.com,developers.bbb.com,ccc.com/docsetc.) then we try to instead use those.This is because someone might feed in a marketing homepage - and we only want to actually scrape docs pages.

Ran on known problem cases and confirmed that we resolved to the actual documentation sites.
