Relaxes the
more-itertoolsversion cap from<11.0to<12.0inpyproject.tomland the matchinguv.lockrequires-distmetadata so installs can resolve 11.x releases alongside existing 8.14+ minimum.No application or library code changes; dependency resolution only.
