Clarify ++ explanation. Capitalize key names. Clarify subscript/superscript.
Restore lower-case key names inside ++ to conform to docs requirements.
Add subscript-to-superscript corrections to earlier PR. Hopefully fix all the lower-case key names I incorrectly made upper-case.
More keycap lowercasing.
