If you don't want to add halcyon button support in vial, you can still set it in your keymap.

This PR refactors how Halcyon buttons are added, removing the need for users to manually modify their layouts. It also adds support for the Halcyon-to-Pro Micro adapter and configures Halcyon variants for the Aurora boards and Kyria rev3.
Changes requiring user action for non-Vial users
