Feature for statamic/ideas#1466
This adds a
saveQuietlyanddeleteQuietlyto CollectionTrees. The code was made to work the same way theEntryclass does it. I've also added a simple test to verify that the event does not fire when callingsaveQuietly. I did not add one fordeleteQuietlyas there was no test for the regulardeletebut I could do both.
