Extensions API 1.17.0 release
macOS case-insensitive filesystem caused git to track PascalCase TypeDoc files under their old lowercase names. Use git mv renames so GitHub (Linux, case-sensitive) sees the correct PascalCase filenames. Also set core.ignoreCase = false to prevent recurrence.
