What does this PR do?
Addresses some small inconsistencies between naming and pathing, particularly for some rust pages. Also adds a couple missing lang references where they already existed
Notes to reviewers
Added a vercel redirect for a renamed path (I'm assuming it's just done manually in vercel.json)
