Fill in the 23.0.0 (July 28, 2026) section with the features that shipped in the Calico Cloud 23 docs: Maglev load balancing for services, L2 reachability for pods and services without BGP, host IP support for egress gateways (PMREQ-783), load balancer node maintenance (PMREQ-777), and programmatic access to usage data. Add a deprecated-and-removed section for the Image Assurance, Container Threat Detection, and Kibana removal (PMREQ-905 / DOCS-2925) and the deprecation of L7 logging with Envoy in favor of Istio Ambient Mode. Lead the 23.0.0 new-features list with the Calico Cloud-native Usage API, followed by the networking/data-plane features. Remove the L7 logging deprecation bullet: the deprecation was already made in the 22.2 timeframe (on the L7 configure page) and belongs there, not as a 23.0.0 change.
