🧪 add tests for summarizeToolResult#37
Conversation
Added comprehensive tests for the summarizeToolResult function in `src/tui/lib/toolSummary.ts`. Covered cases include empty/undefined raw strings, invalid JSON inputs (and truncation limits), default fallback logic for missing tool names, and all specific formatting logic switch cases. 🎯 What: The testing gap addressed was missing tests for
summarizeToolResultinsrc/tui/lib/toolSummary.ts.📊 Coverage: The scenarios now tested include handling of undefined and empty
rawstrings, invalid JSON (and its truncation), fallback behavior for unrecognized tools, and exact formatting logic validation for all 11 specific tool name switch cases.✨ Result: The test coverage is vastly improved, ensuring robust data formatting behavior for TUI tool summaries, lowering regression risk for terminal UI rendering.
