This adds some new device diagnostics provided in quirks PRs. See the corresponding PRs in the commit details.
More commits will be pushed to this branch. They'll only regenerate properly with the next zha-quirks release (2.1.0).
There's also another branch for regenerated diagnostics that needs to be pulled into the next bump for quirks here:
