Closes #66.\n\nStacked on #69 / issue #65. Adds frozen source-only Top50 triage, 50 sequential isolated evidence-budget episodes, the fixed mini-swe Model API adapter, atomic partial checkpoints, and the new Docker production entrypoint. Injected/fake executors are always unranked; only the privilege-checked standard factory can mark a run rankable.\n\nVerification:\n- 270 passed, 1 skipped, 14 deselected\n- 35 focused Top50/evidence tests pass\n- changed-file Ruff checks pass
