Export EuclideanBoxedParticleFilter from filters namespace

Summary:

• Add EuclideanBoxedParticleFilter to the lazy pyrecest.filters export map.
• Add the existing BoxedParticleFilter alias to the same export map.
• Add regression coverage for both lazy exports.

Bug fixed: the implementation module defines these names, but they were not included in pyrecest.filters._FILTER_EXPORTS, so the public lazy namespace could not resolve them.

Validation: added tests/filters/test_euclidean_boxed_particle_filter_exports.py. Full local suite was not run here; CI should run the focused regression.
